We are seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Lead to oversee in-country activities for the SURF and SPS packages, including logistics, material management, equipment testing, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, workshops, and project meetings as required.
Review and approve SURF and SPS contractors' engineering deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements and project procedures.
Coordinate with the Interface Manager and package interface leads to identify, monitor, and resolve interfaces between SURF and SPS packages.
Apply technical knowledge of SURF components, fabrication, installation, pipelaying, and testing throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure technical queries and deviation requests are tracked, addressed, and resolved within the required timeframe.
Oversee the testing of equipment and tooling upon arrival in Azerbaijan.
Coordinate logistics and material movements into and within the country to ensure timely availability of project materials.
Liaise with Drilling & Wells and Onshore Package teams to coordinate material custody transfers.
Monitor project risks, identify opportunities, and support mitigation measures to maintain project schedules and operational integrity.
Contribute to lessons learned, return-of-experience activities, and claims management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Extensive experience in offshore Oil & Gas project delivery.
Strong knowledge of SURF/SPS, subsea fabrication, installation, pipelaying, and testing.
Experience in logistics, material management, quality, and interface coordination.
Familiarity with HAZID, HAZOP, and HSE procedures.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
