Senior Contract Engineer - NOC

Prepare and manage contractual documents in accordance with company procedures and standards.
Develop contract strategies and prepare tender documentation.
Conduct commercial bid evaluations and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.
Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Manage contract awards, amendments, renewals and ongoing contract performance.
Support claims management, dispute resolution and contract compliance.
Monitor contract KPIs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce or an equivalent relevant discipline.
5–7 years of postgraduate experience in Oil & Gas contracts management.
Strong experience in tendering, commercial negotiations, contract administration and bid evaluation.
Advanced knowledge of Contracts & Procurement processes and tools.
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
