  • Minimum 15 years of experience in camp/facility management or civil supervision, preferably in Oil & Gas.

  • At least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of camp operations, logistics, HSE, and contractor management.

  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
