We usually respond within three days

Review and approve WPS, PQR/WPQR, welding procedures, repair procedures and welding consumable specifications.
Lead and witness Welding Procedure Qualification Tests (WPQT), welding trials and mechanical testing.
Oversee welding activities for pipelines, flowlines, piping, well pads and structural assemblies.
Provide technical expertise in welding metallurgy, automatic welding, mechanized GTAW/GMAW, ECA and complex welding issues.
Monitor fabrication and site welding activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and TE standards.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, QC, NDE, construction teams and vendors to resolve welding-related technical and quality issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil amp; Gas projects.
At least 15 years of dedicated welding engineering, fabrication and construction experience.
International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification is mandatory.
Extensive experience in pipeline welding, automatic/mechanized welding processes and welding qualification programs.
Strong knowledge of API 1104, ASME, DNV and TotalEnergies specifications (PLR/PVV).
