MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT -Mozambique

Manage maintenance operations across 5 permanent camps
• Lead and control maintenance contractors under SLA amp; KPI requirements
• Monitor preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance activities
• Conduct daily inspections and quality spot checks
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and water systems
• Manage diesel/gas generators and solar PV systems
• Oversee kitchen, canteen, recreational and building facilities
• Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, Working at Height amp; Confined Space requirements
• Monitor contractor performance, non-conformances and corrective actions
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and support audits
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality and asset reliability
🔹 Requirements
✅ 15+ years in Facilities / Building Services / Maintenance
✅ Minimum 8 years as Maintenance Superintendent / Senior Supervisor
✅ Strong experience managing multiple remote accommodation camps
✅ Experience with large camps supporting several thousand occupants
✅ Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
✅ Experience with generators, fire amp; life safety systems and building services
✅ Commercial kitchen, canteen amp; recreational facility experience
✅ Proven client-side contractor management under SLAs/KPIs
✅ Experience with Maximo, SAP PM, Infor, Fiix or equivalent CMMS
