Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Telecom discipline during detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
Review and approve telecom engineering documents, specifications, datasheets, layouts, cable routing and vendor packages.
Ensure telecom design and equipment comply with project requirements, international standards, HSE and industry best practices.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors, including participation in FATs and technical meetings.
Manage telecom interfaces with other disciplines and monitor engineering progress, quality, schedule and budget.
Support construction, commissioning, pre-commissioning and punch-list activities when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering degree, preferably specialized in Telecom Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas experience, with proven FPSO design experience.
Strong experience in detailed engineering, engineering document review, vendor packages and interface management.
Experience with FATs, technical bid evaluations and vendor coordination.
Good knowledge of API, ISO, ASME and other international standards.
Experience supporting HAZOPs, technical audits and multidisciplinary design reviews.
Exposure to commissioning/pre-commissioning and system completion.
Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
