Coordination Team Floor Supervisor â HPC
đą Weâre currently looking for Coordination Team Floor Supervisors for a long-term project at Hinkley Point C (HPC).
đ Location: HPC Site, Somerset

Start: ASAP
âł Duration: 24 months
đ Hours: 50 hours per week
đ Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off
Weâre looking for people with solid site coordination or supervision experience who are comfortable working with different teams across a busy construction environment.
The role will involve coordinating works and space across designated floors, including laydown areas, walkways and MEWPs. Youâll work closely with EHS, Permits, Temporary Works, Lifting Teams and General Operations to make sure works can continue safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
SSSTS
Blue Hat equivalent
Previous coordination experience is essential
Good English and IT skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident but diplomatic when challenging senior site personnel
